At Plot No. 333 in the Gidc Ind. Estate, you’ll find the building for Columbia-Pakona Engineering Pvt. Ltd. We’ve been operating out of this spot for quite a while. It’s an engineering firm, so there’s always a lot of technical talk and blueprints lying around. We deal with various types of machinery and packaging solutions. The office area is right next to the assembly floor, so you can always hear what’s going on. We have a mix of experienced older guys and some younger people learning the ropes. Gidc Ind. Estate is a massive place, but Plot No. 333 is where we stay put. We don’t really go in for those flashy business meetings. Most of our discussions happen over a cup of tea while looking at a machine that needs finishing. It’s a practical environment. We have our fair share of long days when a project is near the end. Sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned, but we just sit down and figure it out together. That’s just the nature of engineering work. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with big words.
