Archana Engineering

Archana Engineering is located over at Plot No. 185-b in the Gidc Ind. Estate. If you walk inside, you will probably hear the sound of metal being worked on before you see anyone. We have got a bunch of lathes and some older equipment that still runs better than the new stuff they sell today. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings by noon. We try to sweep up, but it is a losing battle until the end of the shift. The address is easy to find if you know the estate layout. We have been at this specific spot for many years. It is not a big place, just enough room for the machines and a small desk where we keep the records. We do not do much computer work here, mostly just manual stuff. The lighting is not the best, but we know where everything is by heart. Our guys are good with their hands. They do not talk much while they are working. They just get on with the task. Sometimes the rain gets a bit loud on the tin roof, making it hard to hear ourselves think. We like the location because the transport links are decent for getting parts in. It is a humble setup. We do not have a receptionist or anything. If the bell rings, someone just wipes their hands on a rag and goes to see who it is. That is just how we operate day to day.
