Amar Engineering Co

We’ve been here at Plot No. 15-b in the Gidc Ind. Estate for a good while now. Most days start the same way with the shutters going up and the smell of machine oil hitting you as you walk in. It’s a busy spot, and there is always some noise coming from the neighbors' shops too. We mostly spend our time around the lathes and drill presses. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular engineering workshop where we get our hands dirty every single day. You can see the dust settling on the old wooden benches if we don’t wipe them down every morning. Sometimes the power goes out in the estate and we all just sit outside for a bit until it comes back. It gives us a chance to talk to the guys from the other units nearby. Amar Engineering Co isn't about looking pretty. We have piles of scrap metal in the corner and tools that have been used for years. The floor is concrete and has plenty of stains from old spills. We just focus on the work that needs doing. Whether it is a small part or something bigger, we just get on with it. When people come by the Gidc estate to find us, they usually look for the old blue gate. It’s a practical setup we have here. We don't have a big office or anything, just a small desk and some chairs near the front where we keep the paperwork.
