Aanjaney Micro Engi Pvt. Ltd. is located at Plot No. 872 1 in the GIDC Industrial Estate. Despite the long name on the paperwork, we are just a regular engineering shop at heart. We have been in this spot for a while, and the neighborhood knows us well. The shop is filled with various bits of equipment, some of it quite old but still working perfectly fine. We handle a lot of small parts, the kind of things that require a bit of patience and a steady hand. It’s a quiet kind of work compared to some of the bigger plants nearby. We don't have a fancy showroom or a big office staff. Most of our time is spent peering at drawings or checking pieces under a light. It’s just what we do. The floor is concrete and can get cold in the winter, so we usually wear heavy boots. We have our coffee together in the mornings and talk about whatever is going on in the news or around the estate. There’s a lot of pride in just getting the job finished correctly without any fuss. We don't do any advertising or social media stuff. We just focus on the workbench and the orders in front of us. Being here in GIDC makes sense for us because it’s where all the industry is. It’s a good, solid place to work every day.
