You can find us over at GIDC Makarpura, right at 887 on the 21st floor. It’s funny being that high up in an industrial area, but it gives us a good view of the Makarpura bus stop just across the road. We spend our days handling various engineering service requests. Most of our work involves parts, repairs, and technical support for the factories nearby. The air in GIDC always smells a bit like metal and exhaust, which is something you just get used to after a week of working here. Our space is filled with tools, manuals, and a few computers that have seen better days but still work fine. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; usually, you'll just find one of us with grease on our hands or a pen tucked behind an ear. We take our lunch breaks when we can, often watching the buses pull in and out across the street. It’s a practical environment. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive signs. We just focus on fixing whatever is broken or making sure the machinery our clients use keeps running. The elevators in this building are old, so we always tell visitors to give it an extra minute. It’s a honest day's work for everyone here, and we like the grit of being in the heart of the industrial zone.
