Mahavir Land & Estate

We are Mahavir Land & Estate, located over in Wadala East. Our spot is right near the Ghelani Petrol Pump at Channi Naka. It’s a place people know well because they are always stopping for fuel nearby. Being at a junction like Channi Naka means we see a lot of traffic and people all day long. We have been here for a good while, helping folks with land and property stuff. It isn’t a fancy office with glass walls or anything. It’s just a regular room where we sit down and talk to people about what they need. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the trucks passing by the petrol pump, but you get used to it. We handle a lot of different things related to real estate in this part of town. It’s mostly just us doing the paperwork and making sure things are in order. We don't have a big mission statement or a team of marketing people. We just know the area around Wadala pretty well. People come in with questions, and we try to give them straight answers based on what we see happening in the market here. It’s a practical way to run a business. If you are near the petrol pump, you can just walk over. We are usually around, unless we are out looking at a site somewhere. It is a busy life, but it works for us.
