Our office is in the Ameedhara Complex, right at the Gotri Zampa Bazar Charasta. It’s a very busy intersection, and if you stand outside for a minute, you’ll see every kind of vehicle passing by. We have been working with machine tools for a long time, and this location helps us stay connected to the local market. The complex itself is quite old and has that lived-in feel to it. Inside our space, you’ll find catalogues, technical manuals, and some heavy parts sitting on the floor waiting for delivery. We aren't the kind of place that has a polished reception desk or people in suits. We are usually in our work clothes, dealing with the nuts and bolts of the machinery business. Some of the tools we handle are quite specialized, so we spend a lot of time explaining how they work to people who come in. It’s a lot of technical talk and checking specifications against the blue prints. The air conditioning works okay, but on the really hot days, it struggles a bit. We just keep the tea flowing and keep working through the list of tasks. Being at the Charasta means we see a lot of the city's life every single day. It can be exhausting with all the noise and the heat, but it’s the only way we know how to run things. We’ve stayed here because it’s where our customers know to find us.
