Maa Modheshwari Estate Broker

We are located at 15 Dabhoi Phase 3, right inside the Gidc Estate. It is a busy industrial area with lots of trucks and noise all day. We focus on being estate brokers here. The office isn't much to look at, just a place where we keep our files and meet people. We have been working in this part of Dabhoi for a long time now. Most of our days are spent talking to factory owners or people looking for space in the Gidc. It’s a lot of walking around and checking out plots under the sun. We don't use any fancy computers for everything, mostly just our notebooks and phones. My brother and I run the place. We usually have a pot of tea going for anyone who stops by to ask about prices. The dust from the roads gets in sometimes, so we are always cleaning the desks. It is a simple business. We know the map of Phase 3 by heart because we’ve been here so many years. People know they can find us at number 15. We don't do big ads. We just wait for people to come in or call us. The estate market changes a lot but we stay here in the same spot. It's just how we earn our living, helping folks find the right corner in this big industrial estate. We stay busy with the paperwork and the site visits from morning till evening.
