Working out of Wadi Midc Estate can be pretty noisy because of all the industrial stuff going on. Our office is in the Tambe Chambers. It’s an older building, but it’s sturdy and gets the job done. We deal with real estate around the estate and the surrounding areas. Most of the time, our day is spent walking around looking at different properties or sitting in the office waiting for a call. The walls in Tambe Chambers are a bit thin, so you can hear the neighbors sometimes. We have a small table where we sit with people to go over contracts or look at photos of buildings. It’s a very practical kind of place. We don’t have air conditioning, so we rely on the breeze coming through the window, which isn't always great in the summer heat. We’ve been in this spot for years, and we’ve seen businesses come and go in the estate. We know the shortcuts through the industrial area and where to get the best snacks. It’s a grit-and-grind kind of job, and we don't mind getting our shoes a bit dusty. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency around, we just want to help people find what they need without a lot of fuss. Most of our clients are hard-working people just like us. We keep things straightforward and don't make promises we can't keep. It's a simple, honest way to work.
