Leading Properties

We are located in the Chanakya Complex, right on J P Road. Specifically, we’re in B S/2, tucked into the 4th Kumbharwada Lane. It’s a bit of a mouthful to explain the address to people who aren’t from the Harinagar Society area, but once you’re here, it’s easy to spot. The lane can get a bit narrow, so we usually tell people to look for the society entrance first. We’ve been operating out of this spot for quite a while now. The office is usually a bit cluttered with maps and files, but that’s just how we work. It’s a busy part of the city, and there’s always something going on with the properties nearby. We spend a lot of our time answering questions for people who live in the neighborhood. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters, just a place where we sit down and figure out how to handle things. Sometimes we’re out on the road more than we’re in the office, but that’s the nature of the job. J P Road is always moving, and we like being right in the middle of that energy. It’s a good community here, and we know most of the other shop owners in the complex. If the tea stall guy knows your order, you’ve probably been there too long, but we like it that way. It feels like we belong here, just doing our thing day in and day out. We try to be helpful to anyone who wanders in.
