L&T- Sargent & Lundy Limited

Our office is in the East Block over at L & T Knowledge City. It’s located right on National Highway No-8, near the Vadodara Bypass. If you’re coming from the Ajwa Waghodia Crossing, it’s pretty easy to find. L&T- Sargent & Lundy Limited is a bit of a mouthful, but we just think of ourselves as the team working on the engineering side of things. The Knowledge City is a big campus, but our corner in the East Block feels a bit more contained. We have a lot of workstations with big monitors for all the technical drawings we do. It’s a professional environment, but we try to keep it relaxed. We don't really go for all that corporate jargon. Mostly, we’re just a group of people who are good at math and design. The highway outside is always busy, and sometimes we watch the traffic when we’re taking a break. We’ve got a small breakroom where the coffee isn’t great, but it does the job. We aren't making any big claims about being the best in the world. We just focus on our specific projects and try to get the details right. It’s a lot of sitting and calculating, but we enjoy the challenge. Being out near the Vadodara Bypass means we have a bit more space than we would in the middle of the city. It’s a decent place to work, even if the commute on the highway can be a bit stressful sometimes.
