Labh Estate

Labh Estate is located at number 6 in the Vipul Vatika Society. It’s near Citizen in the Ellora Park area. It’s more of a residential setting than a commercial one, which we actually prefer. It feels a bit more relaxed than being in a big office tower. We’ve been working out of this spot for quite some time now. Most of our neighbors are families or other small businesses. The street is usually lined with parked cars, and you can hear the kids playing nearby in the evenings. Our office inside the society is pretty basic. We have a couple of desks, a printer that makes a weird noise, and some old maps of the area pinned to the wall. At Labh Estate, we spend a lot of time just talking to people from the neighborhood. Ellora Park is a nice part of town, and being based in Vipul Vatika Society puts us right where we need to be. We aren't the type to wear suits every day. Usually, it's just jeans and a shirt. We handle all the property stuff ourselves, from the first phone call to the final paperwork. Sometimes the office gets a little messy with files, but we know where everything is. It’s a local operation, and we like keeping it that way. If you’re in the Ellora Park area, we’re just a short walk from the main road. It's a simple, honest place for us to work. We like it here.
