You can find us over at Dhan Laxmi Society, which is in Asoj Sakal Nagar along the Baner Road. Pune has grown so fast lately, and Baner is right in the middle of all that expansion. We do engineering work here, focusing on solutions for different types of construction and technical projects. It is a pretty straightforward setup in a residential society. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist. Usually, it is just one of us answering the door or the phone between working on drawings. We spent a lot of time getting our degrees and working for bigger firms before deciding to start something small here. Most of our work involves sitting at big desks covered in blueprints and technical specs. It can get a bit stressful when deadlines are close, but we have a good rhythm going. We mostly work with people from around the city who need engineering help that isn't too overpriced or complicated. We don't go in for all those big mission statements you see on billboards. We just look at the plans, check the math, and make sure everything is structurally sound. Sometimes we have to head out to sites to check on progress, which is a nice break from the office. Baner Road is always packed these days, so we try to time our site visits to avoid the worst of it. It is just a regular engineering job, done by people who actually care about the details.
