If you walk down Por Lal Maszid Road, you’ll find us. It’s a pretty specific part of the neighborhood, and we’ve been here long enough that most of the neighbors know our faces. We run the agency in a way that makes sense for the local area. It’s not a high-pressure environment here. Most days involve a lot of walking around and talking to people about what’s available or who’s looking to move. Being near the Maszid means there’s always people passing by, which is nice. We get a lot of walk-ins, people just curious about the market or asking for a bit of help with their papers. The office itself is small but we keep it organized enough to get the job done. We don’t really do the big flashy advertising because word of mouth works better for us in a place like this. Sometimes it gets a little loud outside when the market is busy, but we don’t mind the noise. It’s just part of working on this road. We know the history of the houses around here, which helps when someone is looking for something specific. It’s a family-style business, really. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and see what the day brings. It’s been that way for years and we don’t see any reason to change it. We just keep things moving at our own pace and help people out when they need it.
