Our agency is located out on the Vadodara International Airport Road, near the Kadiganahalli Gate. It is an interesting spot to work because there is always traffic going toward the airport and a lot of new things being built nearby. We see a lot of people who are moving for work or looking for land that is close to the transport links. The office is pretty simple, we just have what we need to get the job done. Often, we are out of the office showing people various plots of land or checking on the progress of a new building site. It gets pretty hot out here in the afternoons, so we do most of our walking around in the early morning. We deal with all sorts of property, from small patches of land to bigger houses. It’s not fancy work, but it keeps us busy. We have to talk to a lot of different people, from farmers who have been here forever to developers looking to start something new. We just try to be clear about what is available and what the local rules are. Being near the airport gate means we meet a lot of travelers too. It’s a good location for seeing the city expand bit by bit every year. We enjoy the work and the fact that every day brings someone new to our doorstep looking for a plot.
