Our office is located at 301/302 in the Crystal Cube building on Padra Road. We are right in the GIDC area, not far from the Odhav Police Station. If you are hungry, you have probably seen us because we are right beside Alka Restaurant. It is a good landmark to give people when they are trying to find us for the first time. At Keya Realty, we spend a lot of time on the phone or out looking at different properties around town. The real estate market here moves fast, and sometimes it is hard to keep up with who is selling what. We sit in our office at Crystal Cube and go through listings or talk to people who walk in. It is a lot of talking and a lot of driving around to show houses or plots. Padra Road is always packed with cars, so getting anywhere takes longer than you think it should. We do not have a big corporate team with suits and ties. We are just regular people trying to help other people find a place that works for them. Sometimes we have a good day where everything clicks, and other days we just spin our wheels. That is just the nature of this business. We like being near the restaurant because it is easy to grab a quick lunch before heading out to the next appointment. It is a busy life but we are used to the pace by now.
