Tbea Energy India Pvt. Ltd. is situated out at the Tbea Green Energy Park near National Highway No. 8. It’s in Village Miyagam, which is part of Karjan, a bit of a drive from the main Vadodara city. Being out here means we have a lot of space, which we definitely need for the big energy equipment we handle. The commute can be long if you live in the city, but the area around the park is a bit quieter than the busy industrial hubs. We spend a lot of time on the shop floor dealing with transformers and high-voltage stuff. It’s serious work because the equipment is massive and requires a lot of care. The sun out here in Gujarat can be really unforgiving, so we’re always glad for the shade inside the sheds. We have a mix of local workers and engineers who have moved here from other places. Sometimes it feels a bit isolated being away from the main town, but there is a sense of community because we all eat and work together out here. It’s not a flashy office; it’s a place where big things are built. You’ll see a lot of cranes and heavy trucks coming in and out from the highway all day long. It’s a busy routine of testing, assembling, and checking everything before it gets sent out to the power stations across the country.
