Namison Powertech Pvt. Ltd. sits right at Plot No. 1004. Most days start early here when the sun is just coming up over the industrial area. You can hear the locks rattling as we open up the main doors. It’s not a fancy place, just a workspace where we get things done. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy with the actual work to worry about that. There’s a lot of metal and wires around because of the nature of the power tech stuff we handle. Sometimes the fans are loud, but you get used to the hum after a while. Most of us have been coming here for a long time, so we know every corner of the plot. The floor is concrete and has some scuffs from moving heavy equipment back and forth. We have a small area where we keep our tools organized, though it gets a bit messy by Tuesday afternoon. Lunch is usually spent sitting near the entrance where there's a bit of a breeze. People from the neighboring plots walk by and we nod hello. It’s just a regular spot where people show up, do their jobs, and go home. We don’t have big meetings or shiny displays. It’s more about checking the machines and making sure the day goes by without any major hiccups. That’s just how it is at 1004.
