Our base is in Vadodara, specifically over in the Jambool Wadi area. It’s a part of the city that has its own rhythm, and we’ve become very accustomed to it over the years. We aren't tucked away in a high-rise office building; instead, we are right here on the ground where the real work happens. Most of our days are spent talking to people from the neighborhood or showing someone a plot of land nearby. Jambool Wadi is an interesting place with a mix of old and new, and being a consultant here means we see all of it. We don't use any flashy language or try to sound like a big international firm because we aren't. We are just local people who know the Vadodara real estate scene. The office is usually filled with the sound of the ceiling fan and the occasional tea delivery from the shop around the corner. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and checking on property boundaries to make sure everything is in order for our clients. It’s a lot of manual work and visiting sites under the hot sun, but that is the nature of the job. We prefer it this way, staying close to the ground and making sure we understand every detail of the properties we are dealing with. It’s just simple, practical work that keeps us busy from morning until we close up for the night.
