Kaivan Engineers

We’ve been operating Kaivan Engineers out of Madhav Complex for quite some time now. Our office covers 204 and 205, right near the Bombay Shopping Centre on RC Dutt Road. Alkapuri is a busy area in Vadodara, so there’s always something happening right outside our door. Being on the second floor means we hear the street noise, but it's not too bad once you get used to it. The office is usually filled with blueprints and stacks of files that we keep meaning to organize better. Our team is small, mostly just a handful of folks who know their way around a project site. We spend a lot of time out in the field, so the office is often quiet during the middle of the day. When we are all in, it gets a bit cramped with all the drawing boards and computer monitors. The Madhav Complex itself is an older building, so it has that specific smell of concrete and old paper. Finding us is pretty easy since everyone knows where the shopping center is. We don't have a big sign out front, just the name on the door. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. Sometimes the power flutters when it rains, but we just wait it out and get back to the drawings. It’s just how things are here in Vadodara, and we wouldn't change it much for anything else.
