KABILA REALTORS PRIVATE LIMITED is located over at C 137 in the Vraj Vihar Society. We’re right on Vasna Road in Vadodara. It’s more of a residential-feeling area, which we actually like because it feels less like a cold office block and more like a part of the community. We have been working out of this spot for a while now, handling all kinds of property things for the local folks. Our team is small, and we’ve all known each other for a long time. There is no corporate ladder here, just a bunch of us trying to help people find the right place or sell their current one. We spend a lot of time on the phone, as you might imagine. The office is full of maps of Vadodara and stacks of folders that we really should organize better one of these days. Vasna Road is a good place to be, with lots of stuff nearby. We don't put on airs or try to act like we’re some huge international firm. We’re just local people who know the local streets. If someone walks in, they usually get a glass of water and a straight answer. We don't have a marketing department to write fancy slogans for us. We just go by our name and what we’ve done so far. It’s a simple way to do things, but it’s the only way we know how.
