K K Realty is just a small office we have here on Gotri Road. It's easy to find because we're right opposite Vishranti Heritage and Yash Complex. We've been around this area for a while now, mostly dealing with property around Old Padra Road. We aren't a big fancy firm, just some local people trying to help neighbors buy or rent houses. If you are walking near the complex, you'll see our sign. People often stop in to ask about what's available nearby. We know these streets well. It gets busy around here, especially with the traffic on the main road, but we like the spot. We mostly just keep track of what's coming up for sale or lease. There’s no big secret to how we work. We just talk to people and listen to what they need for their families. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but that is part of the job. Most of our day is spent on the phone or walking over to show a property. We try to be honest about what a place looks like. We don't use a lot of fancy words. If a kitchen is small, we'll tell you it's small. It's just easier that way for everyone involved. Being right across from Yash Complex makes it handy for us to grab a tea and wait for clients. We're usually here most days if you need to talk about a house or just want to see what is listed on our board lately.
