We are located out in Amaliyara, right across from the Shiv Vatika Party Plot. It’s a pretty easy place to find, especially when there’s a big wedding or a function going on across the road. Our office is just a simple room where we keep our desk and a few chairs for anyone who stops by. We spend a lot of our time looking at different plots of land in this part of town. It’s an area that is slowly growing, so there is always something to look at. We don't really bother with big signs or flashy lights. Most of our work comes from people who have heard about us from their neighbors or friends. We handle mostly small houses and pieces of land for people who want to build something of their own. The work can be a bit dusty when we are out in the fields, but it’s part of the job. Inside the office, we keep all our records in a sturdy metal cupboard. It’s just the two of us here, so we handle all the phone calls and the paperwork ourselves. Life moves a bit slower out here than it does in the middle of the city, and we are perfectly fine with that. We just tell people the facts about the properties and let them make their own choices. It’s been our way for several years now.
