Jay Mataji Real Estate is situated in Subhanpura. We have our office in the Amit Complex, specifically room 109. Most people know the area because it is right opposite the Panchratna Building. It is a busy part of town with a lot of shops and offices around us. I spend most of my time answering the phone or meeting people who want to look at houses or flats. Dealing with property in Vadodara is always interesting because things change so fast. I started this business a few years back. It’s mostly just me here. I keep a lot of papers and files on my desk because there is always some paperwork to finish. I don’t use a lot of fancy technology, just my phone and a notebook mostly. People come in to ask about rent or if any shops are for sale nearby. I try to give them honest answers about what is available. Sometimes the market is slow and sometimes it is very hectic. I like being in Subhanpura because I grew up not far from here. It feels good to work in a neighborhood you know well. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a desk and some chairs for visitors. I'm usually here from ten in the morning until late. Stop by if you are near the complex. I usually keep some extra chairs in case a whole family comes in to talk about a new home.
