We operate out of Plot No. 884/13 in the Gidc Estate in Makarpura. Being in an industrial estate means there is always a lot of activity around us. Trucks coming and going, the sound of welding, and the smell of metal are just part of the daily routine. Our shed is quite large, but we’ve managed to fill it up over the years. We have some heavy machinery that takes up most of the floor space. It gets quite hot in the summer, so we have these big fans that move the air around, but it’s still a warm place to work. We don't have a fancy showroom. Most people who come here are looking for specific parts or repairs. We talk to them plainly about what we can do and how long it will take. There’s no sales pitch here. We just show the work we’ve done and let people decide. Our workers have been with us for a long time, so we all know how the machines behave. We keep a ledger for the orders and try to stay on top of the paperwork, though sometimes the shop floor is more interesting than the office desk. It’s a gritty, hands-on kind of business. We take pride in the fact that we can fix things that others might just throw away. That’s what we do day in and day out.
