Jai Mataji Estate Agency is located over at the Rufdraksh Complex in Vadodara. We are right opposite Madhuram Hospital, so there is always a lot of movement around our office. It’s a decent sized complex, though it gets a bit crowded during the peak hours of the day. We’ve been sitting in this same office for years, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we never seem to get around to it. Our day starts pretty early. We open up, sweep the floor, and start looking through our lists of available houses and shops. Being near the hospital means we see a lot of people coming and going from all over the city. Vadodara is a good place to work, especially this part of it. Our agency isn't some big brand name. It’s just us. We don't use any fancy software to track things; we still rely on our old notebooks and our memory of the local streets. When someone comes in looking for a property, we just sit down and have a chat about what they can actually afford. We don't believe in making things sound better than they are. The properties are what they are. Sometimes the work is slow, and we just sit and watch the traffic outside, but then other days we are running around all over the neighborhood. It’s just how the business goes here in the complex.
