Our agency, Jai Ambe Estate Agency, is located in Vadodara. We have a bit of a unique spot since we’re on R C Dutt Road in Alkapuri, but we also handle things over near Harni Road and we're situated opposite the airport. Being near the airport means we see a lot of people coming and going, which keeps things interesting. Alkapuri is a busy part of town and we’ve been working the real estate beat here for a while. We don't use any fancy sales tactics or anything. Mostly, we just listen to what people are looking for and see if we have something that fits. It could be a small apartment or a bigger commercial space, depending on the day. We spend plenty of time driving between Alkapuri and Harni Road to check on properties. The office is where we do the paperwork and take calls, but we’re often out in the field. It’s a local business through and through.
