Our place is on Plot No. 434 in the Makarpura GIDC area. If you’ve ever been to this part of Vadodara, you know it is all factories and workshops. It gets quite dusty around here with all the trucks moving back and forth all day. We do technical work with composites. It’s mostly just a lot of measuring, cutting, and making sure the parts are right. Indutch Composite Technical has been at this location for some time. The workshop floor is usually where you will find most of us. It is not a quiet job. There is always some machine running or someone moving materials. We have a small office section too, but it’s mostly about what happens on the shop floor. Makarpura is a good place for this kind of work because everything you need is nearby. If we need a specific tool or some hardware, there is usually someone a few plots down who has it. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. You just walk in and see the work being done. Sometimes the heat in the summer gets a bit much, but we have some fans going. We just focus on getting the technical specs right for whatever project is on the table that week. It is honest work and keeps us busy from morning until evening. That is basically us, just a group of people working with composites in the industrial estate.
