Hir Estate

Hir Estate is over at 2 Gotri Road. We are in the D 2 Block of the Midc Chinchwad area, specifically in the Ganesh Krupa building. It’s near Rajesh Tower as well. This area has a lot of movement. The office is a basic one. We have a wooden desk that’s been scratched up over the years and a few plastic chairs. There’s a small fan on the ceiling that makes a clicking sound when it’s on the high setting. We don't really notice it anymore. The windows are usually kept closed to keep out the noise from the industrial area nearby. It’s mostly just paperwork and phone calls here. We keep a ledger for everything because we like having things written down. The walls have a few old photos and a map of the Chinchwad area. It’s not a place for showing off. We just come in, do the work, and go home. Sometimes the tea man comes by with snacks in the evening. The air around here can be a bit heavy with the smell of the factories, but you get used to it. We've been in this block for a while so we know most of the people around us. It’s a community of small businesses all doing their own thing. We just focus on our own files and try to stay on top of things.
