We set up Gurukrupa Estate Consultant a while back in Kailash Apartment. It’s at G 18 on the ground floor. If you know where the Iskcon Temple is, we are very close to that. It’s right opposite New Harinagar Gotri Laxmi Industrial Estate. Dealing with property around here can be a bit of a headache with all the paperwork and finding the right people, so we just help out with that. We know the Gotri area pretty well. My office isn't very big, but it works for meetings. People come in looking for shops or maybe a small flat nearby. Being near the industrial estate means there is always something going on. I spend most of my time on the phone or walking around looking at sites. It’s just me and a couple of others. We don't do fancy ads or anything. Most people find us because they live in the neighborhood or saw the sign near the temple. Sometimes it's hard to find parking right in front, but there’s usually a spot further down the road. We handle rentals and buying too. If you are looking for something around Laxmi Industrial Estate, we probably know who is moving out.
