We are over at 309, Sanket Avenue on the Sama-Savli Road. It’s a decent building right across from Ambe Vidyalaya. Sometimes we watch the kids going to school in the morning while we drink our coffee. The office is a regular one with white tiles and some desks. We do engineering work, mostly focused on tools that hold things tight, hence the name. It’s not very exciting to look at, but it is important for the factories we supply. We have a few engineers who are always arguing about drawings and measurements. The air conditioner makes a humming sound that you stop hearing after ten minutes. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one by the lift. It’s a quiet office for the most part, except when the phone rings a lot. We don’t do much marketing because we have our regular clients who have been with us for years. We send out parts in wooden crates. The logistics take up a lot of our time. We use a lot of blue ink pens for signing things. Our chairs are the kind that spin around, and some of them squeak. It’s just a place where we do our technical work and try to get home before the traffic gets too bad on the main road.
