Grandlay Engineering Company

Grandlay Engineering Company is what we call ourselves. You can find us at the Arundeep Complex, right in the Race Course area, specifically in rooms 307 and 308. It’s an older building, but it has a lot of character and keeps us right where the action is. Most mornings start with unlocking the heavy doors and checking what came in the day before. We do a lot of engineering stuff here, though it’s mostly technical talk and looking over diagrams. The office gets a bit dusty because of all the files and old drawings we keep around, but it feels like a real workspace. We have some decent views of the street from the windows in 308. Working near the race course means there is always something happening outside, and finding a place to park can be a bit of a gamble if you get here late. We aren't trying to be some big corporate giant. We are just a group of people who know how things work and try to help our customers get what they need without a lot of fuss. Lunch usually happens at the desks or someone goes out to get tea for everyone. It’s a pretty standard routine day in and day out. We just focus on the engineering tasks at hand and try to stay ahead of the deadlines that always seem to be creeping up on us.
