We’ve been at 41335 Karelibaug for quite a while now. You can find us right near Ambalal Park, just behind the Maruti Apartment building. Most people around here know the spot. It's a busy little area, but we like it. Running Golden Estate Agency keeps us on our toes every day. We spend a lot of time answering phones and showing people around different houses or shops in the neighborhood. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but that’s just how this business goes. We aren't a big fancy office with dozens of people. It's just us here trying to keep things organized for the folks who walk in. People come in looking for a place to rent or maybe something to buy, and we do what we can to help them figure out the local market. It’s mostly about knowing which street is quiet and which one gets all the traffic. We know this part of Karelibaug pretty well because we see it every single morning when we open up. There’s always someone stopping by to ask about a price or just to see what’s available this week. We keep a list of what's out there and try to stay updated. It’s not always easy keeping everything straight, but we manage. If you’re passing by Ambalal Park, you’ll likely see our sign. We're usually around during regular hours, unless we're out at a property site. It’s simple work, but it keeps the neighborhood moving. We take our lunch breaks late most days.
