We are Goel Process Systems Pvt. Ltd. and our workshop is located at D-35 in the Sardar Estate on Ajwa Road. It is a pretty standard industrial area where everyone is busy doing their own thing. We have been operating out of this unit for a good while now. Our main focus is on process systems and industrial equipment. The shop floor is usually busy with someone welding or assembling a new piece of machinery. It can get quite hot in the afternoons, especially during the summer months, but we just keep the fans going and carry on. We are a small team of engineers and technicians who mostly grew up around here. We don't have a big office with fancy furniture; we spend most of our time out where the actual work happens. People usually find us because they need a specific solution for their factory or plant. We don't do much in terms of advertising or promotion. Most of our orders come from repeat clients or local referrals. Sometimes things don't go perfectly, and we have to spend extra time fixing a mistake, but that is just part of the process. We try to be honest about what we can do and how long it will take. Ajwa Road is a busy stretch, and the estate is always full of activity. We are just one of many small businesses here trying to make a living.
