Gmw Pvt. Ltd. is located over at 885 in the G.I.D.C. Industrial Estate in Makarpura. If you’ve ever walked through Makarpura, you know how huge it is and how easy it is to get lost between the blocks. Our spot is just one of many in this big industrial zone, but we’ve made it our own over the years. We spend most of our time inside the unit dealing with whatever projects are on the schedule for that week. The estate is always buzzing with noise from different factories, and you can hear the hum of machines from early morning until late at night. We usually have our tea at the small stall down the road where everyone else from the nearby sheds goes. It’s a practical place to work. There isn’t much in the way of decoration here, just the equipment we need and the desks where we keep the paperwork. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out and get back to it. The team here is small, and we all know each other’s habits by now. We don't really bother with big speeches or anything like that. We just show up at the estate, get through the tasks, and head home when the shift is over. It’s been our routine for a long time, and we don’t see that changing much. It’s just how things go for us at Gmw. We’ve seen businesses around us come and go, but we just stay at it.
