I've been working at Gea Process Engineering (India) Private Limited for a while now. We are located out at Block No. 8 in Dumed Village, just off Savili Road. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but you get used to the commute after a few months. The facility is where most of the heavy lifting happens regarding the process engineering projects we take on. Usually, our days are filled with looking over technical drawings or checking on the machines in the workshop. There isn’t much fluff here. It is an engineering spot, through and through. The people here are mostly local folks or people who moved nearby for the job. Sometimes the weather gets really hot, and the workshop feels it, but we keep going. We handle a lot of different machinery parts and industrial setups. It’s not a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It is more about the practical side of making things work for other companies. If you come by, you’ll see people in jumpsuits or carrying clipboards, mostly focused on getting the day's tasks done before the sun goes down. We just focus on the technical details and making sure the equipment is put together right. Nothing too complicated to explain about who we are. We just do the engineering work that’s needed from our spot here in the village. It's a steady place with a lot of noise from the tools, but it feels like honest work every day.
