Gajanan Estate Agency

I am at Gajanan Estate Agency. We are located at G/20 in the Race Cource Tower. It’s a pretty tall building, so you can see it from a distance. We are right above the Me & Mam Collection shop on the Gotri Road side, specifically in the Rajawadi area. If you see the City Bank, we are just right opposite that. I spend most of my hours here in the tower. The view from the window is mostly of the busy street and the bank across the way. It’s a standard office space, G/20, nothing too special but it gets the job done. Race Course is a busy area, lots of cars and people moving through to Gotri Road. I usually have the radio playing softly while I work. People come in looking for help with property, and I just talk to them like a neighbor. We’ve been here for a good amount of time now. The tower has other businesses too, so there’s always people in the elevators and hallways. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters, just a local agency where we keep things practical. I like being near the City Bank because it’s easy for people to find us. I just sit at my desk and handle the paperwork. It’s a steady kind of life here at Race Cource Tower. Just a normal person doing a normal job.
