Our office for Feathers Realty is based in Atladara. Specifically, we are over on 8th Main in N S Palya. If you know where the Sun Pharma Research Centre is, we are right near that. It’s a quiet part of the area compared to the main roads, which makes it easier to talk to people without too much noise from the outside. We deal with real estate and property matters mostly. The office is just a simple room where we keep our maps and the listings we have. We spend a lot of time out of the office looking at houses or land, but there is almost always someone around to answer the door. Atladara has changed quite a bit since we first started here. There are new buildings going up all the time. We try to keep track of what is happening in the neighborhood so we can tell people the truth about the plots or flats they are looking at. It isn't a flashy place, just some chairs and a table for meetings. We often walk over to the small shops nearby for lunch or a quick tea. The 8th Main road gets some dust when the wind blows hard but it’s a good location for us. People come by when they are thinking about moving or selling something they own. We just sit down and look at the options together. It’s a straightforward way of working that seems to suit the people around here in this neighborhood.
