Our little shop is located in the Welcome Shopping Centre, right there on Padra Road. If you are familiar with Hill Road, you know exactly where we are sitting. It’s a lively spot with people coming and going all day long. We have been working out of this space for a good number of years now. Dealing with real estate around here means we see a lot of the same faces, which we like. Padra Road is one of those places that never really sleeps, so there is always noise from the traffic outside. Inside, we just have our basic setup. A few desks, some old maps of the area pinned to the wall, and plenty of files. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because that isn't what people come here for. They come because they want to know who is selling what and if the price is fair for this part of town. We talk to owners, we talk to buyers, and we try to make things work out for everyone involved. Sometimes we go out to look at a plot of land or a shop that's up for lease, but mostly we are right here in the shopping centre. It's a small team and we know the local market like the back of our hands. We don't use big sales pitches. We just tell people what we know about the properties on Hill Road and beyond.
