E R Mnck Krishna

Our place, E R Mnck Krishna, is located at Vadsar 273. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but for the people living right here in Vadsar, we’re just a part of the neighborhood. We handle a variety of things depending on what people need. The shop is tucked away and doesn’t have a big neon sign or anything. We just have the name painted on the front. Inside, things are stacked where they fit. It might look a little disorganized to someone else, but we know where everything is. The ceiling is a bit low and it can get warm in the afternoons when the sun hits the front door. We don't have a big corporate team, it’s just us. We spend our time talking to the neighbors and making sure we have what they're looking for. Some days are slow and we just sit and watch the street, other days everyone comes in at once. We don't do fancy promotions or anything like that. We just open up and see who comes by. It’s been a part of Vadsar for a while now, and we’ve seen the area change quite a bit with more traffic and people. Despite all the new buildings around, we just keep doing what we’ve always done at 273. It’s a practical life, and we don't ask for much more than that. We just focus on getting through the day and making sure the shop stays stocked with the basics.
