Dreamland Real Estate Consultant is situated at Sb 5/6 in the Indraprasth Tower A. We are right at the Race Course Circle, which is easy to find since we are just below the Bank of Baroda and right across from the vegetable market. It’s a busy spot, especially in the mornings when the market is full of people. Our office isn't very large, but it serves us well for the meetings we have. We spend our days dealing with the ins and outs of local property. Whether someone is looking for a small apartment or a bigger commercial space, we usually have a few ideas to share. We don't use any fancy sales tactics. We just show people what’s available and let them decide. The Race Course area is always popular, so things move fast around here. We try to keep our listings updated, though sometimes the paperwork lags behind the actual sales. It’s just the nature of the business. You’ll often find us sitting with a cup of tea, looking over floor plans or talking to landlords on the phone. We’ve been in this building for quite some time, so we’ve seen the market go up and down. It doesn't phase us much anymore. We just keep showing up, opening the shutters, and helping the next person who walks through the door. It’s a simple, honest way to spend the day. We usually close up once the sun goes down and the market noise quietens.
