Dream Home

Dream Home is located on Sinhagad Road at SB 25 in Fatehgunj. If you’ve ever driven down Sinhagad Road, you know it can be a bit of a headache with the traffic. We’ve been at this SB 25 spot for a bit now. It’s a simple office, nothing too flashy. We handle home-related stuff, trying to help people figure out their living situations. It’s mostly just a few of us sitting around desks, talking on the phone, and looking at plans. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we never seem to get around to it. We aren't trying to be some massive real estate firm. We just like doing our work here in Fatehgunj. Sometimes it gets a bit quiet in the afternoons, which is nice for getting paperwork done. Other times, it's a revolving door of people coming in and out. We don't have a receptionist in a uniform or anything like that. You just walk in and talk to whoever is free. It’s an honest way to run things. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. More shops opening up, more cars on the road. But our little corner stays pretty much the same. We just keep doing what we do, making sure the files are in order and the clients are told the truth about what’s possible. It is what it is.
