D V Realty is over in the Akota area. We are specifically at F 2/101 in the Harivallabh Society. It is a nice spot because we are quite near the Akota Garden. Having the garden nearby is great for when you need a little break from the desk or just want to see some green. The society itself is usually pretty quiet, which we appreciate when we are trying to get work done. Our office at F 2/101 is easy to get to once you enter Harivallabh. We aren't tucked away in some corner, so people find us okay. We have been working out of this location for some time now. It feels more like a community here than a business district. You see neighbors and kids playing sometimes. Inside, we have our desks and files all set up. It is not a huge place, but it fits everything we need. We don't go in for big signs or loud advertising on the building. We just have our name there and that is enough. Being near Akota Garden makes for a good landmark when we are giving people directions over the phone. Most people know where the garden is, so they find the society pretty quickly after that. It is a practical place for us to be, and we like the balance of being in a residential society while still being reachable for work.
