Crystal Land & Estate Broker is based at 33 Nizampura, in the Medankar Wadi area. Our office is called Crystal House, and it sits right opposite the S R Petrol Pump. It’s a very easy landmark to give people because everyone knows where the petrol pump is. We spend a lot of our time looking at maps and property papers at our desks. The office isn't anything fancy; it’s just a place where we keep our files and meet people who are looking for a new spot. Nizampura is a growing area, so there is always something happening on the street outside. We can see the cars pulling in and out of the S R Petrol Pump all day long while we work. Sometimes we are out of the office for hours at a time, showing people different plots of land or houses nearby. When we are back at Crystal House, we are usually catching up on phone calls or trying to organize the paperwork that seems to pile up. We aren't a big corporate agency with hundreds of people. It’s just a small team of us who know the local land around Medankar Wadi. We don't use a lot of big words or sales tactics. We just tell people what we know about the properties and let them decide. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business. We've been here a while and seen the neighborhood change quite a bit, but our spot stays the same.
