Crystal Land & Estate Broker Branch Office

We’ve been sitting in this office at FF 14 in the Avishkar Complex for some time now. Being over here near Kalali Phatak means we see a lot of people passing by every day. Swarup Colony is a decent spot, and having a branch office here helps us stay close to the land we’re actually talking about. The office isn’t much to look at, just a few chairs, a couple of desks piled with files, and a fan that clicks a bit when it’s on high. We deal with property and estate stuff mostly, trying to figure out who wants to sell and who is looking to buy in the local area. It’s a lot of phone calls and waiting for people to show up for appointments. Sometimes they’re late because of the traffic on the main road, but that’s just how it goes in Vadodara. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything. It’s just us answering the phone and showing people around plots of land or houses. It gets dusty sometimes with all the construction nearby, but we keep the place swept. People come in with questions about prices and locations, and we just tell them what we know based on what’s happening in the market right now. It’s practical work. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there, just trying to keep the branch running and help the folks who walk through the door at Swarup Colony.
