Our office is tucked away in Santikunj Society, specifically at B-3, which is right off Refinery Road in the Gorwa area of Vadodara. We're located behind the Satyam Apartments. It’s a residential-style setup, which makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed than being in a crowded office tower. We’ve been operating out of here under the care of R.C. Wala for a while now. Being near the refinery means there’s always a bit of activity around, but our corner is usually quiet enough for us to focus on our engineering tasks. We aren't a flashy company with a lobby or a receptionist. Usually, you’ll just find us sitting around a big table with a bunch of site maps and blue prints. We do a lot of coordination for construction and engineering jobs around Baroda. Sometimes it’s a bit hard for new people to find us the first time because of the winding streets in Gorwa, but once they do, they usually just drop by whenever they need something. We drink a lot of chai and spend a lot of time discussing how to fix things that go wrong on site. It’s honest work. We don’t have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just try to get the engineering right so the buildings stand up and the clients are satisfied. It’s a small, dedicated group of us here, and we like it that way. It keeps things simple.
