Circlips Technologie Pvt. Ltd. is based out of GIDC, Plot No. 235. If you know this area, you know how busy it gets with all the industrial sheds lined up. We mostly deal with those small metal rings that hold everything together. Our place isn't anything fancy to look at from the outside. It’s just a standard industrial unit with a heavy door and lots of boxes stacked up. Inside, it's pretty loud because the presses are always running. We have been here for a good bit now and we’ve seen the estate change over the years. Some businesses come and go, but we’re still here in the same plot. Our day starts early, usually before the sun gets too high. We check the machines, get the material ready, and just start the run. There’s always someone coming by to pick up an order or drop off supplies. We don't have a big front office with a receptionist. Usually, if you walk in, you’ll just see someone in overalls or a plain shirt working. We just focus on getting the dimensions right so the clips don't fail. It’s simple work in a way, but you have to pay attention. The GIDC area has its own rhythm and we are just a small part of it. We keep our heads down and keep the machines moving. Usually we have lunch together in the small break area behind the machines.
