Chintamani Engineers

We run our engineering firm out of Saikrupa Apartment, right at number 29. It’s directly opposite the LBS School on the Karelibaug-Harni Road. It’s a convenient location because everyone knows where the school is. Being in an apartment building means it’s a bit different from a big industrial site. We have our desks and computers set up where we do all our design and planning. Most of our work is about solving technical problems and drawing up plans. We hear the school bell ring every day and see the kids heading home. It’s a nice neighborhood to work in. We are a small team and we’ve been together for a long time. We handle various engineering projects that come our way. Sometimes we are out on sites, but we always come back here to finish the paperwork. It can get a bit cluttered with all the blueprints and files we have lying around. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If you knock on the door, one of us will just get up and let you in. We prefer it this way because it’s more personal. We know our clients well and they know they can find us here during regular hours. It’s a steady pace of work and we just focus on doing our engineering jobs correctly without any extra drama or corporate polish. It’s a simple office for a group of engineers.
