Cheese And Chips

You can find Cheese And Chips over at GF/6 on the corner where Alembic Road meets D V G Road. It is a small shop, mostly just a kitchen and a little space for people to wait. We do a lot of frying and melting cheese, so the place usually smells like a kitchen should. It is not a fancy setup. We have some basic equipment and a few shelves for supplies. Most of our day is spent prepping potatoes or getting the cheese ready. We are not trying to be some big corporate brand. We are just a local spot where you can grab something quick. The tiles on the floor are a bit worn down from people walking in and out all day. Sometimes the fridge makes a loud rattle, but it still keeps everything cold. We know the people who work in the offices nearby, and they usually stop by in the afternoon. It gets pretty cramped in here when more than three people are waiting, but we try to move fast. We do not have a big marketing plan or anything like that. We just open the shutters in the morning and close them at night. D V G Road is a busy area, so there is always something happening outside. We are just happy to be a part of the neighborhood, serving up what we have from our little corner. It is a simple life for us here at the shop.
