Chavan Prashant Nilkanth

We are located at F-126 in the Undera area, specifically within the Pushpak Township. It’s right off the 4th Cross on the 7th Main, so it can be a little tricky to find if you aren't looking at the map, but it’s right opposite the Ipcl Refinery Road. Being Chavan Prashant Nilkanth means there is a lot of back and forth between the office and the local sites. The township is a quiet enough place most of the time, though you can hear the hum of the refinery road when the wind blows the right way. Our space is functional, with enough room for the desks and the files we need to keep everything straight. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking over plans and documents. It’s a regular office with a few chairs for visitors and a window that looks out onto the street. The area around Undera has changed a lot lately, with more buildings going up, but our spot stays pretty much the same. We try to stay on top of the schedule, though things always seem to take a little longer than expected. It’s just the reality of doing business in this part of town. We keep the kettle going for tea and try to make sure we don't fall behind on the daily tasks that pile up on the desk. It’s a steady pace here, focusing on the work at hand and staying organized.
